About
Salesforce is a US cloud software company, founded in 1999 and headquartered in the United States, that sells customer relationship management software and the platform, data and AI products around it.[5] Its own product menu covers sales, service, marketing, commerce, data, analytics, integration and application hosting, and it sells a purpose-built edition of that CRM for a dozen industries.[1][2] Prices for most lines are published per user per month on a per-product pricing page, while several lines are quoted only through sales.[2] Customer contracts run on the published Main Services Agreement.[3] Tableau, Slack, MuleSoft and Heroku are run as separate brands under Salesforce.[4]
