About

Nonprofit Cloud is the edition of the Salesforce CRM for charities, covering fundraising, programmes, outcomes and volunteers. It is sold per user per month at rates well below the commercial clouds.^[1] Four editions are published in six currencies and billed annually, from Enterprise at 60 USD per user per month to the two Agentforce 1 editions at 135 USD, and the page states that these are nonprofit rates, with for-profit organisations referred to an account executive.^[1] Before that, the Power of Us Program gives an eligible nonprofit ten licences at no cost.^[1]
