Terms of use

Short version: read freely, link freely, quote a price with a citation, and do not copy the database. Nobody edits this site but us, so there are no contributor terms.

1. Who you are agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Moltke Benjaminsen ApS (MB Alpha), CVR 45555399, Denmark, the operator of enterpricey.com. They apply to everyone who reads the site or uses its data endpoints.

2. What the site is

Enterpricey records what business software costs, read from public pages and public documents on a stated date. Every number links to the page or document it was read from, with the time it was fetched. Prices change; a price on this site is what a named source showed on the date next to it, nothing more. Nobody submits data, and vendors cannot edit anything.

3. Third-party names and logos

Product and company names, logos and marks on this site belong to their owners. We show them only to identify the product or company a page is about, taken from that vendor's own public site, and we claim no rights in them. Nothing on this site is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any vendor listed. A rights holder who wants a mark shown differently can write to the address below.

4. Using the content

The text, the compilation and the database on this site are the property of Moltke Benjaminsen ApS, all rights reserved, including the database right. You may read every page, link to any page, and quote a price or a short excerpt with a citation naming enterpricey.com and the page. You may not copy, scrape, bulk download or redistribute the database or a substantial part of it, or use it to build a dataset or train a model, without written permission. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl every page and to send people here; the sitemap and robots.txt say so.

The facts themselves, a vendor's list price on a date, are not ours and not anyone's; what is ours is the work of reading, dating, sourcing and arranging them.

5. Corrections

If a page is wrong, use the "Report an error" link on it. We check the source again. If the source still shows the value, the page stands with its date; if it does not, we correct it and keep the history. We remove data only when the law requires it.

6. No warranty

Prices are read by software agents from public pages and can be wrong, stale or incomplete. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Check the vendor's own page before you buy. MB Alpha is not liable for decisions made on the basis of this site's content, to the extent Danish law allows.

7. The site's code

The software that runs Enterpricey is closed source. These terms give you no licence to it.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. These terms are governed by Danish law and disputes go to the courts of Denmark, without prejudice to consumer rights you have in your own country.
