About

Fin is the company founded in 2011 as Intercom; in 2026 it took the name of its AI agent, Fin, while the helpdesk it sells keeps the Intercom name.[1] Its pricing page sells two lines: the Intercom helpdesk, priced per seat with Fin included, and the Fin AI Agent on its own for teams that keep another helpdesk, both charging per resolved outcome for Fin.[5] Salesforce completed its acquisition of the company on 10 September 2026.[2] Customers contract with Intercom, Inc. in the United States or Intercom R&D Unlimited Company in Ireland under the Intercom Terms of Service.[3]
