About

Amazon Redshift is AWS's cloud data warehouse, offered as provisioned clusters billed by the hour or as a serverless option billed per second for the compute used, with managed storage that scales separately.[1] New Redshift Serverless users get a time-limited trial credit, and provisioned clusters can be bought on demand or as reserved instances.[1] Today it is priced by usage in USD with no seat fees: provisioned nodes from $0.543 per hour and Serverless compute per RPU-hour, plus managed storage per GB-month.[2]
