Connections is Fivetran's core data-movement product: prebuilt, fully managed connectors that replicate data from a source into a destination such as a data warehouse or lake.[1] It is priced per usage on monthly active rows (MAR) along a declining-rate curve, with each new connection carrying a 14-day free trial and a Free plan covering low volumes.[1] On the paid plans the per-row rate is not published and comes from Fivetran's estimator or sales, and each connection that moves between 1 and 1 million MAR in a month also carries a $5 monthly base charge; the Free plan pays neither.[1]
