PD Reliability Platform is PagerDuty's AI-based reliability product for incident detection, investigation and remediation, which it calls its new flagship.^[1] It is sold as an annual platform fee per plan, with seats, events and AI actions included and extra capacity bought through credit packs; three plans have public prices and Ultimate is custom-priced through sales.^[1]
