Falcon Complete is CrowdStrike's managed detection and response service: its analysts monitor, investigate and remediate on the customer's behalf around the clock, using the Falcon platform's telemetry.[1] It is the fully managed tier of CrowdStrike's endpoint bundles and the only one without a public price: it is sold by quote, and Express Support costs extra rather than being included.[2] UK public-sector buyers can buy it through G-Cloud 15 resellers including Softcat, CDW and Computacenter, which list it per endpoint per year, with upgrades for cloud, container and SIEM coverage and support tiers priced alongside.[4][6][8] Their endpoint price assumes a 2-year term and an order of 50 endpoints; CDW gives a small discount on large call-off orders, while Softcat and Computacenter give no volume discount.[4][6][8]
