About

CrowdStrike is a United States cybersecurity company, founded on 29 August 2011 and registered as CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc.[5] It sells cloud-delivered security software under the Falcon brand: endpoint bundles with public per-device prices, plus cloud, identity, SIEM and managed detection lines that are quoted by sales.[1] The company frames its own scope as protecting endpoints and cloud workloads, identity and data.[2] Purchases made through the website are governed by the CrowdStrike Terms and Conditions, a master agreement covering all its products and services; the contracting entity is CrowdStrike, Inc., a Delaware corporation.[3] Online orders add the Online Order and Payment Terms, which charge the full amount at the start of the subscription period.[4]
