Connect is Stripe's payments infrastructure for platforms and marketplaces that onboard and pay out to their own users.[1] It costs nothing extra when Stripe prices the connected accounts directly; a platform that sets its own pricing pays per monthly active account and per payout, and larger platforms negotiate through sales.[2] Stripe's US list prices follow the same model in dollars: nothing when Stripe prices the accounts, and US$2 per monthly active account plus 0.25% + US$0.25 per payout when the platform prices its own users.[4]
