Field Service Management is the ServiceNow application for work orders, appointments, dispatch and field technicians, sold in Standard, Professional and Enterprise tiers.[1] ServiceNow publishes no price of its own; the prices recorded come from a reseller's UK public-sector list under G-Cloud 15, charged per fulfiller user per month,[1] and an AWS Marketplace listing from the reseller Bynet that charges by the hour for the Standard SKU.[3] The G-Cloud list prices exclude VAT,[1] and the supplier gives no framework discount at any order value.[2]
