About

Oracle Base Database Cloud Service runs Oracle Database on virtual machines in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, with Oracle managing the infrastructure and the customer keeping full database access.[1] Oracle charges pay-as-you-go per ECPU per hour, from USD 0.0538 for the Standard edition to USD 0.2218 for High Performance, with a lower rate for customers who bring their own Oracle Database licence.[3] UK public-sector buyers can also buy it from Oracle Corporation UK Limited on G-Cloud 14, priced per OCPU by the hour for four editions and a bring-your-own-licence option.[2] Its monthly framework rates are for one OCPU running a full 730.5-hour month.[2]
