About

Klaviyo is a Boston-headquartered software company, founded in 2012 by Andrew Bialecki and Ed Hallen, that began as a customer database and now positions itself as a CRM for consumer (B2C) brands combining marketing automation, analytics and customer service.[1] Its pricing page sells the platform as separately priced pieces (email, mobile messaging, reviews, social, personalisation, an advanced data platform, a helpdesk and two AI agents), most sized by profiles or volume, with a free entry plan and enterprise plans through sales.[4] Customers use it under the Klaviyo Terms of Service, last updated in December 2025, with a separate version for customers based in Australia.[5]
