About

JumpCloud sells a cloud directory platform that manages employee identities, access and devices in one service.[2] It covers single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and the management of Windows, macOS and Linux devices.[2] Prices are public and set per user per month in US dollars, for packages or for single features bought one by one, with the larger packages quoted through sales and a 30-day free trial.[3] Customers sign JumpCloud's Directory-as-a-Service Agreement (DAASA), under which orders renew automatically for one-year terms unless either side gives notice 30 days before the term ends.[7] The company was founded in 2013 and is based in the United States.[5]
