Dynatrace sells an observability and application-security platform covering application, infrastructure, log, real-user and synthetic monitoring.[1][2] It is bought through one annual spend commitment, the Dynatrace Platform Subscription, which is drawn down at published per-unit rates such as per host-hour, per GiB of data or per session; use beyond the commitment is billed monthly at the same rates.[1][2][6] The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in the United States.[4] Its customer contract is the Dynatrace Subscription Agreement, last updated on 1 April 2024.[5]
