About
Atlassian sells cloud software for teams: Jira for planning and tracking work, Confluence for shared documents, Jira Service Management for service desks, and Trello and Opsgenie, which it acquired.[5] Its cloud apps are subscriptions priced per user or per agent each month, with a free plan for small teams, paid Standard and Premium tiers, and an Enterprise tier priced by quote from sales.[6] Atlassian Guard, its single sign-on and security add-on, is priced per user across an organisation's Atlassian accounts.[7]
Founded in 2002, Atlassian is listed on NASDAQ as TEAM.[5] Its cloud subscriptions run under the Atlassian Customer Agreement, which renews them automatically at Atlassian's then-current rates unless the customer gives notice.[4]
