Zapier is a software company, founded in 2012 and based in California, that sells no-code automation for connecting web apps into workflows.[4] It has worked remotely since day one and says more than two million businesses use its platform.[1] Its self-serve products are sold on task- and activity-based tiers, and the platform, Zapier Agents and Zapier Chatbots each have their own plans.[2] Zapier's self-serve customers are bound by the Zapier Terms of Service, while customers on a signed Order Form are bound by the separate Zapier Enterprise Agreement.[5]
